"I have struggled losing weight for most of my life. I know what it's like to not have confidence in yourself because you feel fat. I want to help people use exercise and nutrition to gain confidence and get the most out of life."

"Howdy! I’m an Arizona native, but I’ve found a home here in Houston. (Currently a grad student at UH). I am focused on helping individuals achieve their goals and aiding them in creating a balanced and holistic life through fitness. I’m glad able to do that with this Family of Pathletes. "

"Being a personal trainer has always been a dream of mine. After many years in oil and gas, I finally decided it was time to pursue my dream. Everyone deserves to get the most out of life. One thing I have discovered is you are never too old or poorly conditioned to realize your fitness goals. All you need is a desire to get healthy and a well thought out plan."

Meet our newest intern Ari. Ari is a senior at the University of Houston studying kinesiology. She’s also an MMA fighter. Ari is looking to gain some hands on experience in small group/semi-private training, personal training and virtual training.
Nickname: Tasmanian Devil
Fun Fact: I live in the Philippines!
I’m passionate about social building, communication, storytelling - and lately, the stories I hear about all our awesome pathletes! Though I’m not a trainer, fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and at one point I even trained and competed in Jiujitsu tournaments. Today, I'm still an avid runner and I credit it with helping me become a better writer.
Over the past few years we have had the privilege of working with some awesome students with our internship program.
