It's hard to stay committed when you see no results. 

You keep on working, you keep on doing things but unable to see results?

Without a strategy, you'll be all over the place and that won't help you get to the next stage.

As long as you follow a strategy, you will never see yourself putting off the works you need to stay in shape. 


You have the ability to start something new.

Once you commit yourself into doing something, then you have to drop everything that is stopping you to achieve that.
